Topics we will cover include:

  • The state of law firm real estate in the last 12 months
  • What law firms are doing with their real estate footprints
  • How law firms are building flexibility into their real estate using furniture
  • How law firms are structuring leases to incorporate maximum flexibility
  • What role workplace strategy is playing in the decision making process
  • A look ahead at what European law firms can tell us about what to expect on how US law firms will approach real estate (Europe historically is a leading indicator)
