Eric Hausman is an Independent Consultant specializing in Medicare education and training. Since 1998, he has conducted hundreds of presentations on Medicare and related insurance to groups of professionals and people with Medicare throughout New York State. Over the past 15 years, he has served as the Lead Trainer for HIICAP (Health Insurance Information Counseling and Assistance Program), providing training and technical assistance for HIICAP Medicare counselors across the state. Eric formerly worked in the Medicare operations of Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield and he holds both his BBA and MBA degrees from Baruch College in Manhattan.
