Gregg Cohen is a principal in the New York City office of Cresa, the world’s largest tenant only real estate advisory firm. Formerly an equity sales trader, Gregg is a dedicated office tenant advisor who understands client needs because of his own extensive background as a business owner. Gregg has firsthand experience in office searches and lease negotiations, which gives him a unique perspective as both consultant and tenant. He specializes in helping law firms with their real estate.

 

 

 

James Pirot leads Project Management Services for Cresa’s New York office. With more than three decades of experience spanning all asset classes, he is able to provide clients with expert project advisory and management solutions. In 2018, Jim launched Cresa’s Building Technologies Services (BTS) to provide occupiers with an extensive range of smart building technology options.

 

 

 

Larry Kelso, Senior VP, Strategic Services for Cresa is a 30+ year global real estate services veteran providing diverse advice and implementation of commercial real estate portfolios, program management and workplace strategy.  He is especially skilled at fast-paced integrations during mergers and acquisitions.  Larry is knows as an energetic, positive and highly collaborative leader.

 

 

 

Jon Turner, born and raised in Mexico City, Jon began his career in commercial real estate there 25 years ago, and for the last 20 years has been focused on the flex office niche, starting with Regus based in Miami.  He has been with OfficeNetwork since 2010, working with and advising dozens of companies on their worldwide flex strategies including Lenovo, VMware, The Interpublic Group of Companies, HubSpot, Akamai, Aspen Technology, Pegasystems, RedHat, Citrix, Kronos, and many others.  Jon helped pioneer the Enterprise/Office-as-a-Service model, and has negotiated office deals for clients in over 50 countries throughout North and Latin America, EMEA, APAC, and AUS/NZ.
