The Future is Now: Hybrid is More than Just Adjusting Schedules

It’s only been two months since we met and discussed what HR professionals have been challenged with over the last year and, preliminarily, what was to come.  Since that time, many things have changed and decisions are being made at lightning speed.   Let’s regroup to discuss more recent short-term return to office issues in light of evolving guidance and continue the discussion about how we, as HR professionals, must think about, and plan for, a post pandemic work environment.
