Panelists
 Lawrence Klein, Esq. is a Branch Manager at Robert Half Legal interacting with a client base comprised of law firms and corporate legal departments. Prior to joining Robert Half Legal, Larry was Regional Director of a national litigation support company and practiced law. His legal practice concentrated on general liability and insurance related litigation within the New York state and federal courts. Larry graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Albany. He obtained his law degree from Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to practice in the courts of New York State and to the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York. He is a past New York State Bar Association CLE seminar faculty member and speaker.

Crystal Rodriguez is an Assistant Vice President and Division Director at Robert Half Legal where her job placement focus is on temporary and project staffing for legal secretary, legal support, paralegal and attorney roles. She has invested the past seven years building relationships with firm administrators and other legal contacts within the ALA community as a specialized legal recruitment partner. Crystal graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from New York University. She is on the board of directors of Women in eDiscovery.
Natasha Van Der Griendt, Esq.is an Assistant Vice President and Division Director at Robert Half Legal, servicing the New York, Toronto and Atlanta offices. She specializes in the direct hire placement of paralegals and attorneys. Natasha is a nationally ranked top 10 producer year over year. She is a graduate of Seton Hall Law School, and remains an active member of the New York Bar. Natasha is active in the Association of Corporate Counsel and ALA, and has served as a board member of ALA’s Philadelphia Chapter.
