Join us on Tuesday, February 23^rd from 12 noon to 1 pm for a lunch and learn presentation on Healthy Heart Living to honor American Heart Month. Wear red to show your support and bring a healthy lunch as we discuss proactive measures for heart health as well as warning signs for heart disease. Heart month puts a spotlight on the leading cause of death in the United States, heart disease. We will highlight particular risks for women and people of color. Finally, we will touch upon the new guidelines from the AHA for CPR and First Aid response. The presentation will be led by Sarah Gillen, President of Emergency Skills, Inc.
