Join us for a Lunchtime Round-table discussion on Managing Up led by two past presidents of ALANYC and the current leadership team of IMPACT Legal Resources. Managing Up is the practice of working better with your manager (including Managing Partner, CEO or COO) and doing things that will make their life easier, allow you to stay on the same page with them, and help you and your firm succeed. In this session, you will learn strategies to facilitate change and support your decision-makers and office teams.

IMPACT Legal Resources (ILR) was formed to help Law Firms and the people that work in law firms with Growth, Performance and Succession.  The ILR team has hands-on experience with all areas of legal practice management.  From Human Resources, Technology, Finance, Facilities as well as Marketing and Business Development.
