ALANYC continues our series of Lunchtime Zoom Education sessions designed to support our membership as we move toward our new normal in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.  The Professional Development Team strives to bring timely topics to help you meet your unique challenges in the days and weeks ahead.

Join us as Gemini Risk Partners present a look at ways that lawyers and law firm personnel have defrauded or otherwise tarnished the images of their firms and clients.  They will examine how to prevent these occurrences, and what firms need to do should such a situation develop. Their examination will place an emphasis on complying with ethical duties owed to firm clients, the potential for insurance to respond, as well as preserving the firm’s reputation.
