ALANYC continues our series of Lunchtime Zoom Education sessions designed to support our membership as we move toward our “New Norm” in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.  The Professional Development Team strives to bring timely topics to help you meet your unique challenges in the days and weeks ahead.

Now that we have experienced, first-hand, the sudden shift to full remote workforces, we need to shift to the “new norm” of managing our secretarial teams (among others) to keep them engaged, productive, efficient and effective.  Join us for this lunchtime IDEA EXCHANGE that will be highly participatory; discussing what is working and what is not, and what obstacles we need to overcome now and moving forward.
