Mental Health is the latest dimension in the Diversity & Inclusion space. It affects many groups regardless of age, race, gender, education or socio-economic status in and out of the workplace.  

As legal professionals we may suddenly be faced with an employee displaying symptoms and/or behaviors that may signal help is needed. For many it is a struggle not knowing whom to turn to.
