Is All This Talk about Metrics, Predictive Analytics, and HR Technology Just Talk?

Only if we don’t do something with them.  We have been bombarded recently in HR with articles about how critical it is to understand ways to effectively measure and use data throughout workforce planning, from recruiting and hiring to performance management and retention. It is true that good data analytics can help to understand where we are and how to focus efforts.  But without the right systems in place to track, analyze and address themes from the data, it really is “all talk.” Join us as we discuss what metrics can and should be measured, what simple processes and systems can be used to track and analyze data, and some proven successful outcomes as a result.
