Business Partner Relations Team presents "Exploring Cheese, a Cheese Discussion and Tasting Event."

What is cheese – and why is it so tasty? Please join us for an evening of education and experience taking a deeper look at this familiar food product, starting with an informative presentation covering the basics of what goes into making cheese, from ingredients to processes. We’ll look at what distinguishes the most popular types, including fresh and hard varieties, white and blue cheeses, and even the challenging but rewarding stinky versions.

This new-found knowledge will quickly be put to use, as the presentation will be followed by an open discussion, structured tasting and comparison of examples of different kinds of cheese, along with paired food and beverage accompaniments. We’ll explore the flavors of each type, thinking about how they are created and considering what other snacks and drinks they best match with and why. Hopefully we will all come away from the evening with a new appreciation and broader understanding of its many varieties and their features.
