After an overwhelming response, fitALANYC is happy to announce our 2nd Vinyasa Yoga class with our very own, Rory Celentano. Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga that links the breath with movement. The focus is on the inhale and exhale as you move from one pose to the next and the benefits from this type of exercise are bountiful, including increased flexibility, mental focus, cardiovascular conditioning, calorie-burn and muscle development.
