ALANYC HR Team Presents “Leader vs. Manager – Which Hat Should I Wear?” Webinar
August 30, 2018

Sharpening our skills and challenging our minds are responsibilities for leaders. Are managers supposed to lead? Are leaders supposed to manage? This webinar will explore the similarities and differences between managing and leading. Participants will leave this session with a clear understanding of when one needs to put on a manager’s hat to build and sustain operational excellence vs. when one needs to put on the leader’s hat to move the hearts and minds of those around them.

Participants will learn:
• Similarities and differences in managing and leading
• How to move “arms and legs” to achieve operational excellence
• How to move hearts and minds to move themselves and others forward into the future.
