The holidays are upon us! According to the American Psychological Association, 41% of Americans say that their stress levels are higher during the Holiday Season. How then, are we supposed to ENJOY the holidays? Join Emergency Skills, Inc. MHFA Instructors Rebekah Carrow and Barbara Kinter for a focused discussion on keeping joy in the holidays. We will begin by identifying holiday stress and stressors and how to reframe the script. Then we will engage in an interactive conversation designed to help participants explore what stresses them and create a holiday action plan so that they can generate joy for themselves and those around them this holiday season
!

Speakers:

She has done crisis intervention with survivors on the phone, in the hospital, and in the shelter system. Rebekah is excited to speak today about self care in the holidays. She hopes that this presentation will help make the holidays merry and bright for the participants.
