With a focus on attention to details and understanding of the importance of the right “cultural fit’ Kathy has successfully transitioned dozens of law firms to efficient service support models in both onsite and offshore models.

Nadia has been with the firm for 34 years and has over 40 years of leadership experience in the legal industry.  She has served on numerous committees for the ALANYC and is a past president of the organization.  Over the years she has presented sessions for ALANYC and ALA National on several topics including:  sustainability, DE&I and general leadership.  She is a graduate of SUNY Stony Brook, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
