Billie J. Moliere is a New York-based Managing Director with Robert Half, focused on the company’s legal practice group. She oversees business development in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the United States. Moliere is also an enterprise Diversity and Inclusion Lead for Robert Half. She joined the Chicago office of Robert Half as an account executive in 2006 and has held several leadership positions, including division director, branch manager, regional vice president and district presiådent. She was promoted to her current role in 2023 and is widely considered an expert on employment trends in the legal field, providing skilled and practical guidance to clients and candidates. She has also received company recognition and awards for her leadership skills. Moliere is an attorney with more than a decade of experience practicing law inclusive within her 27 years of legal and talent solutions experience.

Matt Telford is a New York City-based Practice Director for Robert Half, the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm. In his role, he oversees the legal practice group, where he leads our direct-hire business, connecting talented legal professionals with law firms, corporations, and legal services providers.

With over 11 years of experience as a practicing litigator and legal recruiter, he joined Robert Half in 2022 as a Practice Director in Philadelphia. Previously, he worked 2 years as a Director of Associate Recruiting at an agency, where he focused on placing associates with AmLaw 200 firms in NYC. Before moving into talent solutions, he was a litigator, the bulk of which was spent with Latham & Watkins in their Washington, DC office.

Outside of Robert Half, Matt is a member of the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association and is dedicated to giving back to the legal community and speaking as an industry insider on career and workplace trends.
